Thanks to Ruth Van Jones, we have a really easy way to cook
fish

| Ingredients |
| 2 pounds fresh fish fillets |
| 2 eggs, slightly beaten |
| 2 cups seasoned bread crumbs, spiced with your favorites |
| margarine, small amount to drizzle on top |

Directions |
|
Dip fish filets in egg, then seasoned bread crumbs.
spray baking dish with PAM cooking spray. Drizzle filets with squeeze margarine.
Bake at 500 degrees; 11 minutes for thin filets, 13 minutes for thicker filets. |
