Ruth's Yummy Baked Fish

Thanks to Ruth Van Jones, we have a really easy way to cook fish

 
Ingredients
2 pounds fresh fish fillets
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 cups seasoned bread crumbs, spiced with your favorites
margarine, small amount to drizzle on top
 
Directions
Dip fish filets in egg, then seasoned bread crumbs. spray baking dish with PAM cooking spray. Drizzle filets with squeeze margarine. Bake at 500 degrees; 11 minutes for thin filets, 13 minutes for thicker filets.
