Prepare the
marinade.
Cut fish into 4-6 serving pieces and place in glass dish or Ziplock bag.
Add marinade and make sure fish is completely coated. Cover if using
a dish.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour but not over night.
Brush grill rack with oil
or spray with Pam.
Grill fish over direct heat on medium - 4 inches from heat for 15-20
minutes.
Brush with marinade a few times while cooking and turn at least once.
Fish is done when it flakes easily with a fork.
