Ginger Lime Tuna
A very tasty way to cook tuna for those who don't like Ahi
 
Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds tuna steaks, at least 1" thick
Marinade in below ingredients for 24 hours
  6-8 Key limes or 1/4 cup lime juice
  2 tablespoons olive oil
  1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
  1/4 teaspoon salt
  1 small hot pepper or 1/8 teaspoon ground cayenne
  2 cloves garlic, crushed
 
Directions

Prepare the marinade.  
Cut fish into 4-6 serving pieces and place in glass dish or Ziplock bag. Add marinade and make sure fish is completely coated.  Cover if using a dish. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour but not over night.

Brush grill rack with oil or spray with Pam.
Grill fish over direct heat on medium - 4 inches from  heat for 15-20 minutes. Brush with marinade a few times while cooking and turn at least once.

Fish is done when it flakes easily with a fork.
